The Tualatin Library Foundation is a nonprofit organization that helps maintain the excellence of programs and services offered by the Tualatin Library.

Friends of the Tualatin Library is a member-supported nonprofit organization that advocates, fund raises, and provides support for the Tualatin Library. 

Tualatin Library Advisory Committee (TLAC) consists of seven members appointed by City Council for three-year terms.
